吉隆坡·覓酒店，傲途格精選 (Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection)

酒店服務不錯，特別是前台Ms Hui非常好, 對酒店住宿期間的問題很真誠的和我們道歉，並馬上處理取消訂單事宜, 但是酒店無論是設施還是室內裝潢都非常舊，晚上突然有聲響，配不上5星級水平，還有早餐大把位置，但是服務員偏要弄個所謂帶位調調，多餘又浪費客人時間，還有東西是真的難吃，沒有之一，感覺連一般3星級酒店水平都沒有！馬上取消後面訂單重新訂5starhotel!

酒店所在的街區有很多餐廳（多數比較高檔），步行20-30分鐘可到達雙子塔和帕威年商場附近，晚上高峰期常塞車，所以走路可能更方便。酒店客房挺舒適的，員工多是印度人，都彬彬有禮，英文溝通無障礙。早餐選擇雖然不算太多，但食物質量還是高的。

酒店本身很好，星期五晚有lady night，星期六晚有DJ打碟，早餐也很棒。最喜歡的是附近的餐廳和壁畫 。

Location is great. Nearby plenty of eateries. The skybar/pool area is quite cramped as it is not spacious enough to cater the no. of pax (I guess because we travelled during the peak vacation season). Breakfast is served delicately as you get to pick your preferred food. Room wise not many amenities, they provide the basic ones, you need to request for others.

The hotel gave us a very welcoming feeling upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable — not too big, but not too small either, just nice for a short stay. Breakfast, however, had limited options; it would’ve been nicer to have more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the breakfast spread.

ホテルのスタッフがとても親切で丁寧でした。プールが7:00-19:00で観光してからだと少し閉まるのが早か感じましたが、19:00-営業するBARの店員さんにキレイな景色とともに寫真を撮っていただけたりしたので満足です😉また、コインランドリーが徒歩1分にあるので荷物を少なくできました！BARのお食事の味付けが薄いとレビューされている方がいます。私が思うに、すでに作ってある串（やきとり）をそのままパンに挾んでいるからだと思います。別々に食べたら味の濃さはちょうど良かったので！薄味付きの我が家では好評でした。

酒店位置很方便，離輕軌站很近，去klcc衹要兩三個站。樓頂泳池很美，bar的雞尾酒也好喝。特別表揚一下酒店的服務，不管是門僮、前台還是調酒師，態度都非常親切，真的有賓至如歸的感覺，下次來還想住。

It’s been a while since my last 訂房網站 to KL, and I was looking forward to a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a nice and relatively quiet area. The surroundings are not too crowded, and you can even see the KLCC from the street outside, which is a pleasant bonus. The parking system is a bit unique—it uses a car lift, and guests are required to pay RM10 for staff assistance to park the car. While this may be convenient for some, it might not suit everyone’s preferences. The room was clean, but I found the sink placement (outside the bathroom) to be a bit inconvenient, as water tended to splash and get the surrounding area quite wet. The working table came with a very basic chair, which felt a little underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. Housekeeping is managed by foreign staff. My mother, who doesn’t speak English, tried to request a towel in the morning. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and the staff thought she was opting out of room cleaning for the day. As a result, when we returned to the room at 11pm, we were surprised to find it had not been cleaned. I contacted the operator to clarify, but he only spoke English and couldn’t understand my question in Malay. He explained that guests must inform the operator daily if they would like their rooms cleaned. This was quite surprising to me, as I’ve never stayed in a 5-star hotel that requires such a daily request for housekeeping. Overall, while the location is good and the hotel has potential, the service and communication process could be improved. It was not the experience I was expecting from a 5-star hotel.
